- Work as the focal point of the Company & provide all co-ordination, secretarial and other support to the Chief Advisor.
- Proactive in Planning & implementation.
- Excellent Follow-Up and responsiveness.
- Visit every branch of the Premium Sweets identify the problem and proactive for sales generation.
- Implementing Full HR Practices in the Factory and corporate office.
- Employee Relationship Management.
- Data Management of all company staff.
- Organizational Development.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation.
- Assist in recruitment process, new staff joining and on-boarding.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Undertake any other task assigned by the Chief Advisor.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
