Responsible for overseeing all HR and Admin functions of the Company
Maintained HR Policy & Manuals as per instructed by Head Office.
Follow up Attendance, Leave Management, Disciplinary actions, expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill etc.
To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staff and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
Ensuring security, office cleanliness and fleet management
Guiding the team regarding travel & protocol management
Maintaining the five-star admin services and government guidelines
Monitoring housekeeping activities
Monitoring and maintains utility service & bill, Transports & vehicles.
Resolving administrative problems by coordinating associated parties, preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
Maintaining supplies inventory related to Admin by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Monitoring all health, safety and environmental issues in the Office premises
Working with program team to initiate purchase requisitions with detailed specification in order to start the procurement
Ensuring security of men, materials and machines
Ensuring smooth functioning of office round the clock
Monitoring patient experience and satisfaction
Providing support to top management for both professional necessities
To look after the legal side of Company, in particular
