Update the skill matrix and salary grid
Make sure all personal files are updated
Look after employees' absenteeism & retention
Reduce/keep control of absenteeism & turnover rate with proper record/analysis
Find out the root cause of absenteeism & turnover and take a corrective action plan
Ensure the job analysis and revamp the process re-engineering, as & when required
Track man-machine ratio as per industry standard
Look after employees’ benefit as per provision of law and ensure maximum out-put thereof
Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, industry standards, etc.
Develop different templates and SOP as per the HR aspect
Work towards enhancement of employees' satisfaction
Conduct different types of surveys, prepare the report and action plan
Prepare various HR report
Maintaining the physical and digital presence of all the personnel records like employment contracts, letters & applications.
Perform a job from time to time as & when assigned by the management
Need to have a basic understanding of all licenses regarding maintaining and operating factories, i:e: Factory Trade License, Fire License, Environment License, Factory Inspectorate Directorate License, IRC, ISO, Factory Fire Policy, Boiler License, Chamber of Commerce Certificate, and Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) License.
He will have to be well acquainted with Land & asset purchase and the legal matters associated with it.
He will have to coordinate with different legal and company affairs-related authorities.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or M.com
Experience Requirements :
At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age 35 to 45 years
