Job Responsibilities :
  • Should have the capability to work individually.
  • Should have the experience to conduct the department as Head of Department.
  • Should oversee all the Administrative activities from Executive Directors Cabin to washroom maintenance.
  • Should have the strong decision making capability.
  • Should arrange and support with the logistics to all the Company Staff specially the Marketing Colleagues.
  • Should ensure the smooth supply chain management.
  • Handle the employee grievance at every level.
  • Report directly to the Executive Director over verbal and virtual communications.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Skills Required: Employee Benefit, Employee Management, Training Coordination
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, HR payroll, Human Resources & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
