To serve the position of Manager (HR and Administration) for an A-Type manufacturing company located in Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna, Bangladesh. The candidates are expected to have the required experience and knowledge to independently handle the HR & Admin operational activities as well as implement development ideas.
Must have good experience in working with any Group of Company Located inside EPZ.
Assist Management in the effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
Well conversant with EPZ labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
Able to successfully develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of Admin and HR issues.
Have to ensure accountability and the highest transparency in work.
Able to efficiently deal/communicate with all related external and internal officials & maintain liaison for the company's interest.
Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
Successfully resolve employees' grievances, and stress in a proactive manner.
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace, Hygiene & environment.
Have to ensure top security with utmost professionalism.
Have to ensure timely selection & recruitment.
Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR-related database.
Verify documents, addresses, and references of the selected candidates before/on/after joining the session through the proper channels.
Prepare and issue appointment letter, confirmation letter, Increment /Promotion letter, Salary Certificate, and Pay Slip to the employee of the organization.
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations,s and days off.
Prepare Work permits, visa, and Security Clearance for the foreign employees.
