Develop and implement credit policies including HR policy and procedures to maintain healthy assets of the Company.
Supervise, monitor and administer activities of credit risk department & HR activities.
Overall in charge of HR, administration and Compliance.
Must be very conversant on Labor Laws and HR policies.
Candidate should have comprehensive knowledge on Income Tax, & Vat
Open and maintain personal file of all personnel of the organization at HO of top level officers.
Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
Assist in develop, review and revise the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Credit Risk reports & HR related report such as attendance and performance appraisal.
Attend in the different meetings and correspondence with the customers.
Implement of Credit Risk Policy approved by the Board of Directors.
Monitoring credit risk and ensure compliance with limits approved by the board.
Analysis of all type of credit proposals i.e new, renewal, restructuring, enhancement etc.
Ensure that all necessary rules, regulations & circulars have been complied while processing any proposal.
Making recommendations to the board, for its approval, clear policies on standards for presentation of credit proposals, financial covenants, rating standards etc.
Monitoring and controlling the nature and compositions of the Companie’s Credit portfolio with a view to identify problematic accounts that require remedial action and that appropriate action is recommended to the Directors).
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters degree in any discipline
Master's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the educational records
