- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal Management, Training & Development.
- Must have working experience & knowledge in the Factory.
- Develop and implement proper manpower planning.
- Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and verifying all documents in relation to joining employees.
- Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis.
- Coordinate new joining employees and facilitate employee separation with the final settlement.
- Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
- Manage, train and mentor the HR team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
- Should have sound knowledge and excellent track record to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities.
- Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
- To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
- To communicate with Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
- Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Preferred Professional Certification: MBA in HRM or PGDHRM get preference
Experience Requirements :
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
