This position has specific responsibly to manage (achieve) annual corporate goal for his/her department set by the Managing Director. Managers are the head of department position and represents the company in favor of his/her department. Managers are reportable to Chief Executive Officer only.
As head of his/her department represent the company to all stakeholders.
Develop task dependent work plan for all routine and ad hoc assignments for his department, achieve annual corporate goal for his/her department by implementing the same.
Any other tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Develop necessary work and quality control procedure to support vision and mission for his/her department of the company.
Manage integrity, efficiency, quality, safety & security abide by company policy for his/her department.
Arrange necessary facilities, train subordinates, optimize the utilization of resources of the department.
Substitute/assist subordinates only when overloaded as temporary measure.
Report to Chief Executive Officer the progress of work on routine and ad hoc basis. Decide on contingency activities to meet progress dateline.
Any other activities to fulfill tasks.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Human Resource Management
Skills Required: knowledge of ERP Management System, Labor Management, Leadership and interpersonal skills

5 to 10 year(s)
