We are currently looking for an Operational Manager for our Lab. The selected candidate will get the opportunity to work with the latest technology stacks
- Responsible for efficient lab operations Perform lab procedures, conduct evaluation, develop & implement technical procedures
- Provide solutions enhancing brand integrity and improving service quality Oversee grossing, processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, etc. Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain high level of lab functions
- Coordinate collection & preparation of samples & data with efficient service delivery
- Manage admin staff including overseeing of roster of consultant, technologist and admin personnel
- Conduct admin activities through maintaining congenial working relations & healthy work environment
- Ensure effective employee orientation and training in achieving client services
- Perform other functions to ensure quality service and business growth
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry, microbiology, molecular science
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 5-year experience in operational functions with two years in supervisory role
- Strong managerial capacity in operational functions; having experience in a laboratory/ diagnostic center is valuable
- Knowledge in Medical domain and about lab operations including lab health and safety protocols
- Language proficiency in English and Bangla
- User of MS Office application
