Borak Services Limited (TheBorak) is looking for a responsible Manager Admin & Operation with proven expertise and job experience in a nationwide reputed/multinational company`s Manager Admin & Operation.
- Candidates must be independently able to run the Manager Admin & Operation activity as a team leader of multiple plants at a time.
- Responsible for overall Worker, Staff and Foreign Consultant Recruitment process.
- Ensure worker and staff Separation process according to BLL.
- Fully responsible for the group of companies 5 unit Payroll Management as team leader.
- Ensure monthly Salary disbursement plan.
- Follow-up Attendance, Leave, Compensation & Benefit, incentive schemes.
- Responsible expenditures like staff and workers festival bonus, overtime, sales allowance, Maternity benefit and so on.
- Candidates must have experience in HRIS Software development issues.
- To handle the biometric or card system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
- Perform day-to-day HR and Admin tasks of the company and implement the HR policy of the company.
- Close liaison and coordination with the production, Sales, Service, Accounts and various departments.
- Candidates must have to know how to create appropriate job descriptions for workers and management staff.
- Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of the Manager, Admin & Operation departments.
- To prepare a HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company's human resources.
- Have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and able to guide Mgt. when and where required.
- To implement other HR and administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Management (MBM)
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Manager Admin & Operation Management.
- Training/Trade Course: Business operation
- Skills Required: Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Marketing
Experience Requirements :
- 5 to 10 year(s)
