We are inviting applications from highly enthusiastic candidates for the position of Manager, Operations in our Operations Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position.
- Work collaboratively with all department managers to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another.
- Developing and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds the client’s.
- Support to prepare the annual budget and operations plans as required.
- Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of BASECAMP personnel.
- Monitor the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase requisitions of each BASECAMP department.
- Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service.
- Inspect BASECAMP stores to ensure available stock in inventory and determine the need for stocking.
- Liaise with the marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.
- Hire contractors and deal with vendors to ensure the provision of high-quality products and services.
- Schedule work shifts and tasks to site Managers accordingly.
- Conducting daily meetings to ensure that all departments are in working order.
- Monitor and manage all development, construction, and maintenance-related activities.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a managerial position in the resort/hotel industry.
- Willing to travel across the country as and when required.
- Strong Leadership skills and administrative capabilities are required.
