- Ensure smooth operation of shopping mall which includes Mall opening, Mall closing, functioning of shops & customer service.
- Conduct periodic survey of all shops and analyze customer feedback, revenue generation, overhead cost and associated issues.
- Liaises with tenants / Shopkeepers with regards to operational problems.
- On time respond and follow-up on tenants & customer complaints.
- Ensure timely operation of passenger lifts, cargo lifts, escalators and parking.
- To ensure that utility consumption and costs are effectively & efficiently managed.
- Research to increase footfall by the shops as well as company.
- Find the ways to maximize revenue from the shops in the mall and suggest for it.
- Overcome any kind of customer’s discomfort.
- Ensure health, safety & environmental statutory obligations and implement best practices and procedures are adhere to.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA / Masters in any discipline from reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation, Sales & Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shopping mall
Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Should have some knowledge of large buildings / structures and their associated mechanical & electrical services, fire systems.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in Word and Excel.
