Carry out operation and administration of the all posts of the company.
Develop a marketing strategy and visit the different companies for new client. Visit existing clients to establish good rapport and provide customer services.
Operations and administration of the forces deployed in different posts throughout the country.
Make necessary reconnaissance before deployment of forces in the posts and asses its suitability of deployment.
To supervise the training of new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the company.
To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly
Responding to emergency situation (if any).
Preventing and detecting offenses (if any).
To take different type of modern initiatives to prevent theft activities at the different sites where security guards are deployed.
Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline

Both males and females are allowed to apply
Young Retired Lieutenant/Captain preferred (Both male and female can apply). BMA cadet with minimum one year training can also apply.
