Conduct Market Research before introduce new Product.
Responsible for all activities regarding new product launching of seed and crop care products.
Maintain good relation with Agricultural regulatory authority.
Conduct training and educate of field staffs regarding launching new products.
Maintain good relation and conduct meeting with the farmers to get best output.
Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
Master in Agronomy/Seed Science.
Experience Requirements :
At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at most 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Minimum 7 years in relevant field.
Candidate who served as Manager (Product Development) at least 3 years in a reputed group of company will get preference.
Candidate from similar group (Agro based company) will also get preference.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
