Job Responsibilities :
-Monitoring and follow-up all production related works.
-Preparation & achievement of monthly production as per RFC & Stock by proper utilization of manpower and facilities.
-Productivity & Yield improvement with reduction of non-moving WIP & changeover time.
-Decrease market/product complain/critical incidents.
-Ensure all change control & deviations as per guidelines.
-BMR checking & approval.
-Ensure GMP compliances.
-Maintain the good work environment for team.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skill, Motivational skill, Team Leadership, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements :
10 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements :
