Kalyar Replica Ltd. (A Concern of ACME Group) A leading & fast growing printing & packaging company, is looking for a quality control manager to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
- To understand the client's needs and requirements and communicate the highest quality standards to the production teams;
- To Invent ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods;
- To find out the root causes of non-accepted products and provide immediate and preventive solution and train staffs to utilize them;
- To set the requirements for raw materials as per suppliers and monitoring their compliance;
- To supervise subordinates and providing guidance;
- To ensure legal requirements are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines;
- To inspect the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products;
- To keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis and present to the management as when required
- To collect feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting Internal/ external auditors;
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc/ M.Sc from any reputed University/College. (Preferably science background)

Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 35 years
- Minimum 08 year(s) hands on experiences in QC department in manufacturing industry (Preferably in rotogravure printing & packaging factory)
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to change
- Familiar with MS Office in computer will get advantage
