Since its inception, this company is successfully and very reputedly providing telecom service supports in BTS sites of renowned mobile operators of Bangladesh like- Grameenphone, Airtel directly and through Huawei Technologies (BD) Ltd. and LM Ericson Bangladesh Ltd. Currently, MPL is operating in around 11000 BTS of Grameenphone. Besides, it is also marketing Eicher brand tractors, Eicher Engines powered diesel generators and Energy brand diesel generators and other Agri- machineries in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities :
  • A. HR Planning & Strategically Governance: * Prepare yearly Functional Plan. * Manpower Planning in accordance with regional guidelines. * Effectively manage the HR Budget and contribution to company business planning cycle. Strategically decision generate, review & implement.
  • B. Recruitment & Selection: * Coordinate Recruitment & Selection, * Taking interviews, *Employment letter/Contract issue, * Documentation for final selection, * Keeping CV Bank updated for future reference. * Arrange Orientation program for new recruits.
  • C. Training & Development: * Develop Training Master Plan (TMP), * Prepare Training Budget* Tracking Training Budget, * Liaison with different Organization for training, * Organize in-house & external training, * Collect training evaluation/feedback, * Keep record for training, * Arrange feedback session of the participants.
  • D. HR Policy and Procedures: *Review and update HR Policy as per business plan. * Prepare SOP when required.
  • E. Attendance & Leave Management: * Follow up daily Attendance Report, * Maintaining Leave record of Employees * Tracking of Absenteeism Rate
  • F. Personnel Records:* Prepared personal file for new recruits.*Updating personal files time to time. * Preparing Job Description of all * Maintaining Employee database
  • G. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: * Counsel and handle grievances when needed. * Conduct Yearly Employee Satisfaction Survey *Conduct Exit Interview.
  • H. Compensation and Benefits: * Plan and implement recognition and incentive programs. * Manage annual salary review processes. Ensure total packages are competitive in the market.
  • I. HR Reporting: * Generate monthly HR Functional Report (HR Report) & analysis. Which includes- * Headcount * Absenteeism Ratio * Employee Turnover * Overtime Rate - Own Personnel * Retention Rate after 12 Months * Conduct all types of audit/visit and co-ordinate with the concern department to find out non- compliance issues and taking corrective and keep the documents properly. * Prepare monthly HR Management presentations.
  • J. Payroll: * Payroll management & check.
Educational Requirements :
  • BBA/MBA/ B.sc (Engineering)/ Honors Graduate from public university or 1st level rated private university with a preference for HRM (Major), HRM Diploma, Telecom HR experience personnel.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources Management, Telecommunication Service
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 38 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 1st level knowledge and hands on work experience in Technical resource sourcing, selection, compensation plan and retention process.
  • KPI & SLA and IT system based work experience.
  • Employee’s Performance evaluation, Life-cycle management.
  • Well conversant with Labor Law compliance and Grievance handling.
  • Occupational Health Safety, Security & Environment protocol management.
