We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader for our supply chain team. As a supply chain manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and day to day operations in order to maximize efficiency & productivity.
- Administer supply chain’s day to day activities in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity;
- Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy;
- Collaborate with BP (Business Planning), R&D, M&M (Marketing & Merchandising), CP (Central Planning), PMC & Textile Operations;
- Determine key supply chain KPIs and do train, develop & evaluate team members;
- Identify process bottleneck and suggest & implement solutions in a timely manner;
- Need to work with Accounts & Finance, Commercial, Customs Bond, C&F and other Manufacturing & Operational teams along with adequate cross functional knowledge;
- Play a major role in building/maintaining strategic & sustainable business relationship with suppliers. Also do the yearly supplier’s evaluations.
Educational Requirements :
- Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering or any similar field from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Strategic Planning, supplier managemennt, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Planning
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Previous working experience as Manager, supply chain or above position for 05 years in Textile Industry;
- Hands on experiences with supply chain management software;
- Proactive thinker and problem-solving skills;
- Good leadership;
- Good team player;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
