To maintain overall activities of share & Investment Department of the Company.
To maintain liaison with the securities & exchange commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange & Chattogram Stock Exchange, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, CDBL & IDRA.
To maintain SMS (share management software) & Central Depository System (CDS) and de-materialization update with Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd.(CDBL)
To assist the Company secretary relating to shares and board affairs, submission of monthly shareholding position of the Directors to concerned Authority.
Declaration of quarterly, half yearly, 3rd quarterly and yearly price sensitive information to all liaison office and shareholders.
Educational Requirements :
MBA /Master from a well reputed University.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Minimum 5-years experience in Share & Investment Department.
Priority will be given to the experienced professionals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Both written and spoken in Bengali & English) will be preferred.
