Akbar Cotton Mills Limited, a renowned spinning company in Bangladesh and 100% export-oriented yarn manufacturer is looking experienced and dynamic individuals for its Accounts department.
Preparation of financial statements as per IFRS/BFRS and to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data, analysis of FSs including monthly stock report, key financial metrics.
Responsible for budgetary planning and control, cost management and financial feasibility analysis, internal finance and accounting as well as providing accurate and timely financial reports for the Management.
Oversee current stock and execute minimum purchase requirement
Prepare accounts independently along with checking of bills and preparation of vouchers by supporting staff.
Work with external auditors, financial institutions and consultants to co-ordinate audits, tax/legal compliance and RJSC for company matter.
Manage the production of annual budgets and forecast and variance analysis.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills in respect to all accounts and financial matters.
Excellent communication skill both written and verbal with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all level of the management.
Ability to work with a dynamic and growing team under the leadership of CFO of the company.
Developing accounts procedure matching with the company and also coordinating with the sales team of the company.
Prepare various technical accounts analysis, policies and procedure under the guidance of CFO of the company.
Interact with other manager, executives to provide support for budget planning and development of financial performance analysis.
Responsible for evaluating work flow process and make recommendation for improving workflow efficiency.
Develop monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual accounting report for the Management.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting/Finance.
CA course completed will be an added advantage.
Adequate knowledge on the use of Tally/other software.
Excellent skill in Excel is preferred.
