Plan, supervise, and execute internal audit operation in all business units under regional office upon consultation with Departmental Heads
Plan & execute on-site audit as per internal audit plan and ensure internal operational procedures are complying with company code of conduct
Identify discrepancy in processes and report to Functional Head for initiating corrective actions
Identify process/systems misappropriation, fraud, irregularity, gaps, inefficiency of assigned business units and report to the In-Charge by recommending corrective actions
Ensure audit assignments are completed within the established time frame
Assist to plan and conduct special audit assignment and investigation at any time as assigned by Management
Develop or strengthen audit processes and procedures
Educational Requirements :
CACC with part qualification/ACCA or ICMA qualified with post graduate degree in Finance
Experience Requirements :
6 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
6 - 8 years in audit operation at large organizations
The post holder will be expected to:
Have first hand knowledge in working with ERP.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Have ability to work under pressure and travel extensively
Critical thinking ability
Problem-solving skills
