- Overseeing the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the organization.
- Utilizes and implementation of Six Sigma/Lean methods in the organization.
- Implements an organization’s total quality management strategy with policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Setting total quality management implementation processes for each employee in their domains.
- Leads cross functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems to ensure that the products and services are of the highest quality.
- Continuously evaluate overall organizational total quality management performance and implementation.
- Overall responsible for setting a total quality improvement corporate culture as a continuous process and ensuring strategies are set to integrate all organizational tasks and functions and focus them at customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters in any discipline from reputed University
- BSc in IPE will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
- 8 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Total Quality Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel
Additional Requirements :
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Must have practical experience in related work (TQM) in a manufacturing company.
- The candidate will get preference if he/she has experience in Cement, Ready-mix, Shipping, Poly fiber, Consumer goods, and stone chips business
- Candidate must have in-dept knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM & practical knowledge of implementation in the organization.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
