• Age at most 50 years
• At least 20 (twenty) years practical experiences in Bank or Financial Intuition and 5 years experience as MD /CEO or DMD in Bank or NBFI.
• Age not exceeding 50 years (age limit relaxation for special experiences)
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
