Job Responsibilities :
  • Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target according to marketing and sales plan.
  • Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
  • To work for achieving sales target that is set by the management.
  • To do necessary paper works for record keeping, correspondences and updating files.
  • Making calls from own database to generate sales leads.
  • To convince customers and take feedback from clients.
  • To identify customer type, their interest and collect basic information which is required to make sale.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor and management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should have clear knowledge about the Real Estate Industries.
  • Should be smart, well groomed & self motivated.
  • Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
