- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies of the company.
- Candidate must need to be smart with good behavior and attitude.
- Make sales plan as per given sales target, and ensure to achieve individual sales targets set by the management.
- Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
- Ensure Sales & Collection target.
- Visit existing & potential customer on a regular basis.
- Identify areas of improvement for seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Analyze competitor's strategy, business performance, product performance; look for new products in industrial segment.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing & potential customers.
- Work with marketing team to develop new & trendy ideas.
- Candidate must have mentality to work in a startup under pressure.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
- Build strong relationship with prospects and customers
- Keep update on market intelligence
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/ Bachelors degree in discipline (preferably in marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in marketing of industrial raw materials (Especially in Paints, Dyes, Rubber, Plastic & Textiles chemicals).
- Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English.
- Computer literacy is must.
