Foreign-based Sweater manufacturers based in Gazipur and 100% exporters of leading brands are requiring highly qualified Merchandisers
- Experienced in sweater production with large volume for at least 3-5 years’ experience in a multinational setting. Demonstrated competence in quality assurance and quality control system for large scale sweater manufacturer.
- Experience working in 100% foreign-owned Sweater manufacturer handling foreign buyer quality inspectors and experience in handling global brands such as GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Uniqlo, Ann Taylor, JJill, A&F, etc.
- Proactively assist in the operational activities in production follow-up, fabric development, sample development, etc.
- Effective communication and coordination of product requirements to all concerned departments/section.
- Complete the necessary documentation, filing, and reportorial requirements on a timely basis.
- Review and follow up QC files and other documentation per buyer per style. Ensure completeness of style QC documentation at all times.
- Initiate to identify quality defects from production processes in accordance with buyer requirement on styling, hand-feel, folding, packing, etc.
- Assist in any merchandising activities
Educational Requirements :
- O Level in Diploma
- At least High School or Vocational Graduate
- Skills Required: Sweater Factory
- Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to the buyer
- Training/Trade Course: Merchandising, Quality Inspection
- Skills Required: Garments, Microsoft Office Applications, Production

- 5 to 10 year(s)
