- Age at most 35 years
- Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience from any reputed garment manufacturing industry.
- Experienced on jacket or outerwear will get preference.
- Candidate must be graduate (minimum) from any recognized institution with good academic background.
- Able to understand buyer's tech pack, BOM sheet. Capable to analyze the comments comparing with speech sheet.
- Proper knowledge on fabric, material consumption. Expert to generate purchase order sheet with correct information and quantity.
- Excellent skill on Microsoft Office especially on Excel. Expert to perform needful task on buyer's web-portal or B2B systems.
- Aware about testing procedures of component as well as garments. Capable to generate TRF, inspection request form for 3rd party lab/auditor.
- Able to work under pressure as a team player with an open mind to learn.
- Knowledge of pattern and other technical details.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
- Two Festival Bonus after completing one year job successfully.
- Earn leave encashment yearly.
- Work Station Uttara. Successful candidate has to be willing to live at Uttara or nearby.
- Pick up and drop off facilities are not available.
- Weekly holiday is Sunday.
