We are looking for candidates with a strong, honest mindset and minimum 10+ years of experienced as a merchandising manager.
As a Merchandising manager you will get a challenged job with a verity of job tasks and responsibility for a team of 12-16 (JR-SR) merchandisers.
You will get a wide range of contacts internally in our head offices as well as maintaining our already established suppliers / partners and also the responsibility to develop and establishing new suppliers within Bangladesh.

Apart from developing and leading the merchandising teams, overseeing activities of the brands and monitoring performance as a whole, communicates the business's KPI's and targets to merchandising team
Daily building and developing a strong supplier network, that is suited for our overall business within Bangladesh
Together with merchandising team negotiating prices, ensuring quality and deliveries with our supplier network
Ensuring sourcing of, new qualities, new product groups and new suppliers
Strong daily follow up with the merchandising team on deadlines for samples, production and deliveries.
Work directly with DK Company CSR team to targeted / ensuring CSR strategy and goals
Having a strong self motivation
Participate / supporting buyers visiting Bangladesh, ensuring right product supplier is selected for the visit
Educational Requirements :
Graduation from a reputed university, degree in textile engineering or related field is preferred
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)

You must be positive by nature, full of energy, self motivated, forthcoming, proactive, will remain calm in a busy / hectic situations and naturally fluent in English and Bangla.
