Job Responsibilities :
  • Take responsibility of data
  • Administer and support of database technologies like MS SQL Server
  • Support a wide range of virtualized environments including production, UAT, test environments.
  • Patch, monitor, and secure SQL Server
  • Management of backup and restore of data as per RTO and RPO
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries, hang analysis, enhance indexing and reduce locking where needed.
  • Support and advice programmers of the organization to build and enhance software and services.
  • Improve effectiveness through automation and monitoring
  • Take part in review and planning to meet future needs including growth, new features, and security enhancements.
  • Solid experience managing SQL Server Availability Groups and an understanding of Sql Server AlwaysOn behavior, Replication, Mirroring
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and/or other scripting languages
  • A forward-looking attitude toward database technologies, choosing solutions that best meet our longer-term business needs
  • Experience working with operations and developer operations teams and a pro-active approach to maintenance and delivery of data technology.
  • Resourcefulness and problem solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or Equivalent from any reputed University
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • SQL Server certification would be an added advantage.
  • For highly experienced candidate with proven track records and relevant certifications the educational qualifications will be relaxed
