Job Responsibilities :
  • Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal affairs etc.
  • Arrange, conduct & process employee recruitment procedure.
  • Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
  • To support & ensure General HR & Admin activities.
  • To take care on office operation, training and development process.
  • Ensure performance management process, compensation and benefits process on time.
  • Ensure administrative tasks.
  • Employee counseling & motivation as well as develop & implement performance appraisal system.
  • Completing employee exit, clearance, turnover management and ensuring final settlement.
  • Conducting meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
  • Various Bill justification & approval.
  • Writing different letters or document (Typing skill both Bengali and English mandatory)
  • Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, disbursement process.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Hon's /Masters
  • BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University
  • PGDHRM will get preference.
  • Any training on HRM, Procurement, Administration, Compliance, Labor Law, Fire safety and security etc. will be treated as additional qualification.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age at least 23 years
  • Pro-active, Tech-savvy, Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and Career-oriented.
  • Good communication and Strong presentation skills.
  • Have adequate knowledge of labor act & rules as well as related compliance standards.
