- To receive office mails, letters, faxes, email etc. daily and submit those to CEO after date stamp.
- To deal with personal files of employees and maintain leave and other records of each staff.
- To assist the management in overall office management and discipline of the office.
- To arrange meetings, conference and receive foreign guests as and when required.
- To receive incoming telephone calls and handle visitors.
- To work with CEO in handling confidential office matters, take dictation and send outward letters and mails of CEO.
- To maintain master list of office files and register in an index file for all departments.
- To handle photocopier, email and Fax machine and restrict use of those machine beyond authorized person.
- To coordinate with all other Departments of the company for creating congenial working atmosphere with team spirit.
- To prepare salary sheet with utmost confidentiality.
- Any other jobs the management may assigned you from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Masters in Management/English/Public Administration
Experience Requirements :

- Age 25 to 35 years
