An Administrator provides office support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business. We are finding a dynamic, stubborn, shifting duty responsible candidate who will meet up our expectations.
Maintaining a clean, hygienic & well-organized office environment by the office assistant team on daily basis;
Maintaining the employee attendance aligning their job responsibilities & timing;
Ensuring the office and floor a disciplined & high productive environment in a prudent manner;
Resolve any workplace issue among staff;
Prepare regular reports on expense and office budgets, organize a filing system for important and confidential document, maintain a company calendar and schedule appointment;
Book meeting rooms, distribute and store correspondence (e.g letters, emails and packages)
Arrange travel and accommodations, schedule in-house and external events;
Preparing Official/corporate documents as required & instructed by the company;
Assisting the management as required & accomplishing any task/assignment given by the company within the deadline.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Skills Required: General Administration, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements :
1 to 3 year(s)
