- Execute overall Accounts and Admin-related works
- Monitor and ensure supply chain
- Maintain official papers (VAT, TIN, ERC)
- Sourcing necessary products and services as needed
- Monitor staff and prepare task list for them
- Maintain corporate Security and Administrative issues
- Product sale monitoring, market visit & survey
- Appoint efficient staff
- Regular update accounts income & expenditure
- Regular update Employment Status and give a report
- Providing dynamic and effective operational activities in daily administrative work.
- Take necessary steps and action for certification and renewal of various licenses and certificates.
- Give full administrative support to other departments for smooth operations.
- Follow up on employee/labor relations & compliance-related works.
- Prepare and Issue office notes, office orders & circulars in respect of Admin issues.
- Ensure proper security of Office, Properties, premises & personnel, etc.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- MA/MBS/MBA in Management or HRM will get a preference
- PGD in HRM will be preferred as additional qualification.
- Skills Required: Admin HR, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- 1 to 3 year(s)
