• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Maintaining Active Directory, Exchange Server, File Server, Print Server, Server Configuration, Access Control, etc.
• Configure and deploy network devices at various locations in our hospital offices to ensure smooth network connectivity anywhere within the office.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data connectivity of the office computers.
• Assist in deploying new network-related hardware and software.
• Plan, assist and design new LAN & Wi-Fi expansion in offices.
• Communicate with vendors for data connectivity-related issues and resolve the problem.
• Maintaining IT switches routers, firewalls, inventory, and checking physical connectivity.
• Installation, maintenance monitoring (if required) of attendance machines.
• Maintain Troubleshoot, and Deploy IT networks.
• Provide helpdesk support for networking-related issues.
• Any others jobs as and when required for the management of the hospital.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Excellent communication skills.

• Training if required for the employees must be arranged.
