- Monariz Fashions is looking for an “Executive, Order Management” who can contribute in managing the customer orders and other administration task of its ecommerce stores. Monariz is renowned for its stylish outfits, fashion ecommerce project and it empowers its employees with new technology, education and training. All trainings related to the work description will be provided. Females are encouraged to apply.
- Office hour: Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm
- Handle the orders coming through websites and facebok
- Maintain the facebook pages
- Handle courier service for product delivery to customers
- Upload product photos to the facebook and website
- Write product description and other content for the online and social media
- Manage social media
- Manage other administrative work relevant to online and offline store point of sales
- Prepare report of orders
- Maintain basic accounts of order and office.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline

- Age 20 to 30 years
- Experience in any ecommerce company will be an added advantage
- Good Communication Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Team Working Ability
- Dedicated and Hard Working Common Sense & Self starter
- Must work under pressure
- Previous experience in Customer Support will be an added advantage
