Expediting/routine follow up on status of goods to ensure the delivery promises, tracking of incoming shipments.
Expediting inspection of goods, Filing and keeping records of all imports documents.
Receive the import/export party documents.
Update daily report on import clearance.
L/C, delivery related information update on import status.
Update documents SRO, IGM, berthing time, CL time, shipping agent free time.
Manage an updated container tracking system.
Very tightly maintain register for cancelation the import/export bond.
Have excellent knowledge about Asycoda world BD.
Having knowledge about customs tariff, SRO, HS code, customs duty.
Preparation and maintenance of requisition slips & bills
Strictly assist all types of file keeping works for day to day work.
Good time-management skills.
Ensure 100% billing and dispatch as per plan.
Identify Importer documents Problems and ensure that solutions are implemented.
Having excellent knowledge and expertise in Customs Clearing & Forwarding, Port Clearance, freight forwarding, export and import processes, etc.
Customs rules and regulations of the Government of Bangladesh.
Rules & Regulation of Chittagong Port.
Responsible to execute, co-ordinate, monitor and manage export/import works of steel consignments
Co-ordinate in synchronization with Government Officials, Banks, Freight Forwarders, Transport for clearing Export/Import consignments by Sea.
To execute, Monitoring shipment, Documentation and fast Customs Clearance of goods from the port & depot. (Raw Cotton, PSF, VSF, Machinery, Lead Alloy, Elevators/Lift, Spare Part, etc.
To monitor and update customs formalities, entries in pass book in the port.
Dealing and managing the logistics from Chittagong port to Party factory/Destination Point.
To lead the Team both Customs Sarkers & Jettey Sarkers and Depot Sarkar..
Perform any task given by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Skills Required: Clearing,Freight Forwarding CF,Operations,Selecting proper H.S. code of goods
Experience Requirements :
3 to 7 year(s)

Should be familiar with in-bond, ex-bond formalities, obtaining NOC and Release of Bank Guarantee from landing port, renewal of Bonded Warehouse from Custom`s Bond Office.
Should have the mentality to work overtime and take the workload without any excuse.
Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal leadership skills.
Going outside for field work if necessary.
