- To assist in managing functions relevant to Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, security, housekeeping, health and environment and other compliance issues as per labor law to ensure a congenial working environment.
- To assist in administering day-to-day functions of HRM and Employee Relation that includes deployment of daily laborers, Canteen facilities, Medical, Events, Meeting and coordination.
- To maintain active communication with Law enforcing agencies, GOB and other agencies, offices and institutions and local communities to coordinate various administrative issues.
- To Assist in ensuring Trade License, Fire License, IRC, ERC, regulatory documents related to BIWTA, Environment, BIS, BSTI and other relevant documents are well maintained and updated
- To maintain close coordination and liaison with each and every department and extend due cooperation towards employees in related area of activities and functions
- To maintain & update personal files & HRIS.
- Any other task as & when assigned by the competent authority.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor level degree in Management/ Business studies or related discipline

- Age 24 to 32 years

- Minimum 01-02 years experiences in related area in a public listed/Group of companies/industries.
- Good interpersonal and liaison skills.
- Ability and willingness to work late hours be self-initiator and good team player.

- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and flexible
- Excellent in relevant computer applications & programs
