- Sound knowledge and implementation experience on Social Compliance, Technical Compliance, Product safety compliance, Security compliance, Fire safety, Electric Safety & Building safety.
- Experience on certification and implementation of amfori BSCI, SEDEX, , audit pattern and requirements.
- Internal audit and CAP prepare capacity.
- Ensuring various health & safety standards for development of improved working conditions throughout the factory premises in accordance with legal as well as customers' code of conduct.
- Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as recommendation of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
- Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
- Preparing & follow-up on various compliance-related check-lists
- Handling customer/buyer visits & audits at the factory
- To promote harmonious relation and to do liaison work between the workers & the management.
- Conducting meetings with PC, Safety Committee and other necessary committees' meeting and keeping records.
- Maternity calculation, Training, Risk assessments and special take care of new mother or expecting mothers and their health & safety and benefit.
- Organizing various orientation and professional training programs for each category of staff and workers, on topics such as labor laws, health & safety standards, etc.
- To study and understand the point of view of the workers in order to help the factory management.
- Building good communication between workers and management employees.
- Medical services concerning medical examination of employees, health records, supervision of hazardous jobs, sick visiting, accident prevention and supervision of safety committees, Systematic plant inspection, Safety education, investigation of accidents etc.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate/ Master's degree in any discipline

- Should have at least 4-5 years working experiences and sound knowledge on BLL-2006 amendment 2013 & 2018, BLR-2015 and Minimum Wages Scale 2018.
- Practical Experience's on PC Election and preparing all documents and writing meeting minutes.
- Written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
- Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel. Knowledge on Photoshop will give and extra preference
