Job Responsibilities :
  • Prepare the budget for Transport management and analysis the variance.
  • Ensure supervision of the driver performance as per their assigned duties.
  • Ensure the turn out and appearances of the Drivers, so that it is matched with the office decorum and report to supervisor for any kind of violation.
  • Ensure the turnout, dress, cleanliness and manners of the drivers as per the company policy.
  • Ensure regular repair and maintenance of the vehicles.
  • Ensure periodical rotation of duties of the drivers and ensure the discipline of the driver.
  • Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and fit for office duties.
  • Check the overtime of the drivers with the Log Book and ensure that it is submitted correctly.
  • Check the Log book and maintain a register for the fuel consumption.
  • Ensure that the vehicle documents are maintained properly and the renewals, tax token, fitness, insurance etc are done timely.
  • Maintain and update all kinds of documents of the vehicles and keep in a safe custody.
  • Assist in keeping record and maintenance of account of all expenditures related to the maintenance, repair, replacement and modification of the vehicles.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, Transport Maintenance, Transport Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at most 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
  • Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
  • Must be dynamic, innovative with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
