• Provide Support to the Business Development Department with the preparation of promotional business development and communication materials (proposals, brochures, infographics, factsheets, presentations and corporate publications such as the Annual Reports and newsletters).
• Coordinate with the Fundraising Department regarding new sponsor communication, converting leads to sponsors as well as supporting activities undertaken to attract donations.
• Maintaining correspondence and providing high standards of relationship management to existing corporate partners and supporters.
• Deliver high quality presentations at relevant corporate meetings, events and seminars.
• Generate Media Coverage as well as assist the creative team to manage draft, edit, and proofread press releases and other media materials.
• Plan, design, supervise and organize campaigns / events / activation / donor visit etc.
• Participate in the elaboration of the strategy of local fundraising.
• All kinds of activities related to Business Development, Public Relations and Communication.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or other relevant discipline or relevant experience.
• Skills Required: Communication, Networking and Interpersonal skills, Excellent Content Writing skills in both Bangla and English .

• Age 20 to 35 years
• At least 2 -5 years experience in communication and donor management roles from NGO experience .
• Good organizational skills, ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimal supervision.
