Job Responsibilities :
  • Trouble shooting of vehicles, Supervising technicians on vehicle servicing issues and ensure workplace safety
  • Job card management in ERP system with reporting
  • Emergency on site support ( 24 hours X 7 dayds) if vehicle malfunctioning on road
  • Develop video tutorial and arrange technical training for mechanics
  • Effective communication with customers as well as reporting to TOP management
  • Intiatives for maximum resource optimization planning
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma in Auto-mobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Minimum 3 years hands on practical experiences in vehicle maintenance
  • Excellent computer skills ( Data Analysis, Drafting in both English and Bengali, Presenetation and reporting, etc.)
  • Positiveness for traveling frequently throughout the country
