A shariah based commercial bank is looking for a dynamic individual for Human Resources Department.
- Handle all types of employee related Disciplinary Issues.
- Arrange In-House & External Training.
- To provide different reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
- Amend HR Policy & Code of Conduct as required time to time.
- Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
- Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
- Assist in Performance appraisal Management process
- Keep the personal file & HRIS update
- Assist for Work Permit & Visa related work for Top Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Master`s in Business, Bank Management, Law or any relevant subjects from a reputed University with no third division in academic records.
- MBA (major in Human Resources) from reputed University will be preferable.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum 05 years` experience in HR department of any Bank/NBFI.
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
- Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
