- Plan, Organise, direct and control all regional sales staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
- Able to design proper Hub mapping for respective Hub and ensure its proper implementation aligns with business needs.
- Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment, and competition.
- Daily communicate with the regional sales and guide them by coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation, or information they need to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
- Frequently visit merchant points and solve trade queries and problems.
- Monitor and handle proper distribution channels for on-time delivery.
- Able to implement appropriate operational sales strategy to primary & secondary sales target through distributions, productivity, coverage, visibility, and merchandising.
- Contact one-on-one review with all sales team members to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
- Any other job assigned by the GM/ line management from time to time.
- Strong ability to work well under pressure.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Administration, Customer Support/ Client Service, Marketing Sales, Operations, Sales Operations
Experience Requirements :
- At least 5 year(s)
