Job Responsibilities :
  • Daily routine payroll activities
  • Handling employee grievances
  • Payroll activities
  • Increment, skill review, incentive, bonus, confirmation, promotion, F&F, & other payroll activities
  • Sound knowledge on recent/updated payroll tax changes/rules
  • Sound Knowledge on monthly payroll activities
  • Payroll MIS reports
  • Bepza rules & regulations knowledge
  • Employee's training
  • Good in Excel & computer knowledge
Educational Requirements :
  • Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in DOUBLE DEGREE IN HRM
  • Skills Required: HR payroll, payroll management, Payroll Processing
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Sound knowledge in computer & quick learner & should have the knowledge on recent or latest updates of the payroll rules & regulations with qualification double degree in HRM
