Job Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for day to day Secretarial Job of Managing Director's office with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
  • Prepare presentations & reports for Managing Director as directed time to time.
  • Drafting letter, memo, proposals, speech etc. as per the instruction of the Managing Director.
  • Attend meeting with management & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes.
  • Always be up-to-date with Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter & E- mail on behalf of Managing Director and updated information accordingly. Moreover should have skilled in computer operating with high speed typing both Bangla & English.
  • Willing to work long hours as required.
Educational Requirements :
  • BBA/MBA/Masters in English preferable from NSU/BRAC/AIUB/UIU
Experience Requirements :
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • English backgrounders will get priority
  • Smart & Energetic appearance
  • Preferable to relevant experience
  • Strong capability to write & speak in English fluently
