- To contribute to the Managing Director`s efficiency of the overall business, you will be the one to organize & maintain MD`s day to day schedule & assist him by performing variety of administrative tasks. Personal secretary must have to be quick professionals with great time management & multitasking abilities.

- Job Location: Dhaka (Baridhara Diplomatic Zone)
- Ability to deal all high-level confidential information of the company and maintain integrity strictly towards the information.
- Arrange medical appointments in home & in abroad as required.
- During absences of high official, it is need to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
- Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of properly.
- Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
- Follow up work-out schedule of MD
- Formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing & incoming correspondence of e-mails on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring information are organized & easily accessible.
- Manage and maintain the MD's Official diary, email and other social official account.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Preparing papers for meetings, arrange meetings & keep minutes
- Proactive in responding to all external communication as much as possible, dealing with appointments with MD etc.
- Provide a service that is in line with the MD's work habits and preferences.
- Reporting to the MD and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Responsible for providing full secretarial assistance to the management level meeting.
- Taking minute of every general meeting as required and report it at day end every day.
- Travel arrangement (visa processing, travel planning, booking airlines, booking accommodation & prepare itinerary as required.)
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- O level/ A Level is preferred. Graduate having Hons. in English/ BBA degree can also apply.

- Age 22 to 35 years

- The applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Secretary level job.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
- Gentle and pleasant personality.
- Effective email communication, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken;
- Multi-skilled computer knowledge including MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Travel management, E-mail & Web browsing.
