Job Responsibilities :
  • Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity
  • Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
  • Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
  • WIP Control.
  • Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
  • Maintain highest standard of quality.
  • Skill development in the floor.
  • Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
  • Any Other responsibilities assign by the management.
Educational Requirements :
  • B.Sc in Textile from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Textile Engineering
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Good knowledge & skills in computing
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills
