Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage man power and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product area
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to different sections and production manager.
  • Plan, Schedule and prepare production order details.
  • Correlate planning and scheduling of production & prepare reports.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bsc/ Diploma in Ceramics
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Sanitary Ware manufacturing company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Young, dynamic, proactive & smart.
  • Fluent both in English & Bengali.
  • Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
