Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production targets and objectives.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labour, and equipment to meet production targets and objectives.
Working for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction also leads all production staff from the front and has a good command of them.
Drive and implements inventory control and cost savings initiatives within the department to achieve the overall cost savings target for the organization.
Identify development opportunities (skill development training, technical training requirements) for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the production staff for improving the overall production standards.
Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
Efficient in utilizing manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
Manage all aspects of production from line feeding (layout) to packing to ensure the targets are met by delivering the quality goods at right time.
Handle necessary production activities to achieve targets with minimum cost.
Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, overcutting, overproduction, and extra hours of work.
Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor/Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
Education could be relaxed for experienced person.
Experience Requirements :
At least 3 year(s)

Age 25-35 years
