• Organize project field level management including staff Management
• Organize and conduction several training to Youth Leader,
• Close communication and Coordination with Youth Leader, Local Government Organization, Social leader and Community based organization
• Coordinate with Local Governance
• Monitoring, Implementation and evaluation of Social Action Project (SAP) and guided properly.
• Softly handle the youth leader and always technical support for properly implement the SAP activity.
• Provide strategy direction to the project for achieving goals.
• Manage the project activities and finance in line with the organizational system and policy
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, by annual & annual activity plan according to the project activities.
• Organized coordination meeting at different levels as per plan.
• Conduct monthly meetings with all team members.
• Prepare different reports, case stories as per project requirement.

• Masters in any subject

• Written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali
